‘Additional’ Blessing Ceremony for the Spirits of Unmarried 1st Generation Members

For those members who couldn’t attend the ‘Blessing Ceremony for the Spirits of Unmarried 1st Generation Members’ that was held on June 21 at Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center, 2 additional Blessing Ceremonies will be held as listed below.

Please note that this official memo is intended for those members living outside of Korea and Japan.

Additional Blessing Ceremony for the Spirits of Unmarried 1st Generation Members

1. Date:

1st: During the 2-day Workshop held from July 18

2nd: During the 2-day Workshop held from August 15

2. Eligible Participants: Among those who liberated 1st generation spirits, those individuals who liberated unmarried 1st generation spirits (Through a collateral liberation)

1) Candidates for Matching: The Spirits of children 16 years old and above, according to the earthly age. (The deceased unmarried spirit whose birthday comes before June 21, 1993, and whose date of liberation through a collateral liberation (special liberation) was prior to February 28, 2009)

2) Members who liberated generations 1 to 7 on the Father’s side by January, 2003, could liberate unmarried brothers and sisters, and non-blessed children who passed away, by writing their names and their relationship with them on the registration form. (At that time a donation amount had not been decided, and each member merely offered a donation of gratitude at the Jeongshim Won)

3) If you want to now apply for the blessing of such a spirit, you must offer the full amount of the Collateral Liberation donation for each spirit according to their Group Standards. It must be given at the time of registration unless you have already offered it in the past.

4) If a spirit did not have a name, or if you do not know the name, please register after preparing a suitable name for the spirit.

5) If, for any reason, the person who liberated the spirit cannot come to Chung Pyung, a representative, family member or relative, can attend. If there are no family members or relatives (18 years or over), then the spiritual parent or church leader may attend as a representative. A representative can only represent one earthly person.

3. Materials to Prepare:

1) Holy Ring and Holy Robe for the individual

- A Holy Ring and Holy Robe for the spirit are not required

2) Special Blessing Donation

- The donation standard for each spirit depends on their nationality.

- Please check the Group Standard for the group of that spirit.

3) Those members who would like to participate in the “Blessing Ceremony for the Spirits of Unmarried 1st Generation Members” can participate in the Blessing Ceremony after submission of the “Pre-registration Form (availabe from the top of the web page)” by email or fax.(If you send the form by fax, please make a follow-up call to confirm).
