May God and True Parents’ blessings and love be with all regions, mission nations and providential organizations. The International Headquarters has developed a standard FFWPU Membership Registration Form for the purpose of assisting nations in managing membership affairs. The attached form can be used as a reference; regions and mission nations that have already developed a customized form may adopt aspects of the attached form if they so wish.
