Our precious and dedicated sister Mrs. Deborah Vazquez has transitioned to the spirit world. Our prayers go out for her husband Ralph and her family. Below is a letter from Rev. Will Starr our FFWPU Pastor in Las Vegas and State Director for Nevada. Please send your love for the Vazquez family. Deborah is a fine member and daughter to True Parents. Dear Rev Jenkins,
Deborah (Debbie) Vazquez ascended today July 9, 2007 at 3:30 pm in Las Vegas Nevada. Her husband Francisco Ralph Vazquez was with her when she passed. Debbie had suffered from complications from diabetes and heart failure for some time. Debbie and Ralph were blessed in 2075 couples Blessing in 1982.
Debbie joined the Unification Movement in 1975 and participated in the Yankee stadium campaign. She was staff in the Dining Room at Unification Theological Seminary in the late 70ís and then joined the IOWC in England along with the seminarians.
In the 80ís Debbie was on Mrs. Doris Ormeís IOWC team and assisted Mrs. Orme with VIP outreach. Following IOWC, Debbie was a leader for ICC clergy outreach in Los Angeles. She was the Nevada State Leader who hosted True Motherís tour in Las Vegas in the early 90ís.
Debbie organized ACLC programs in March and April this year and brought many clergy guests to the 50-State Tour on May 23, 2007 in Las Vegas Nevada.
The Seung Hwa Ceremony for Deborah Vazquez will be 9:00 a.m. Sunday July 15, 2007 at Affordable Funeral Home, 2457 North Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas Nevada 89108. Won Jeon Ceremony will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Bunker Memorial Gardens, 1216 North Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas Nevada.
