Winnie Ho was born in Hong Kong in 1961. After high school she worked as a librarian and as an assistant in a legal office.
Deciding that she wanted to learn English, she came to the U.S. in the mid-90s to study at a community college in New York State.
She worked in the HSA-UWC Legal Office from 1998 through 2009, where she was always cheerful and patient in helping the church members.
She passed away after a one-year battle with cancer. Throughout her illness, she was always upbeat, not wanting to burden others with her situation.
