I. About the Holy Wine Documents
Please remember to observe Part 5 regarding the Scope of Special Grace (in the Explanation of Foundation Day Holy Wine). It spells out the sins we need to confess and resolve. For our confessions to be accepted and our sins forgiven by special grace, we need to do it according to the heavenly standard as reflected in the explanation.
Also be aware that the dates for the Foundation Day Blessing and the Foundation Day Holy Wine Ceremonies for Philippine members based in Japan are different.
These are the dates and times for the Foundation Day Holy Wine Ceremony for Philippine members in Japan:
Date and Time:
Sunday, February 10 at 10 a.m. in Tokyo Sunday, February 10 in the afternoon in Mie Ken
Attire:
White gowns for sisters (all white)
Formal suit with necktie for men
Western PUCMJ members (Kyushu-Okinawa) who cannot attend the Tokyo or Mie-Ken Holy Wine Ceremony on February 10th should come to Takamiya Kyokai in Mainami-Ku-, Fukuoka City on Sunday, February 17th from 1 p.m. to receive it in a formal ceremony.

Be reminded of the following instructions for our guidance regarding the completion and submission of the required documents for the Foundation Day Holy Wine.
Attachment No. 1 -- Read only.
Attachment No. 2 Write and post mail -- the confession and resolution and Application form for Special Grace (attachment 1 and 4 of Attachment No. 2). All these attachments are marked as attachments 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Attachment No. 2.
What to do:
1. Husband and wife should write their confession and resolution separately. They should seal their individual confessions and resolutions in separate small envelopes marked with their names. Put both husband and wife's envelopes in a medium sized envelope, SEAL IT and marked it with the name of their couple.
2. You may skip attachments 2 and 3 or fill in their appropriate spaces only (the leader will do this actually.
3. Be sure to complete attachment 4 (Application for Special Grace)
4. Staple pages 2, 3 and 4 on top of the sealed envelopes containing the sealed confessions and resolutions (attachment 1).
5. Post mail all the documents (attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4) to your regional leaders as soon as possible or before February 8, 2013.

Also be reminded to comply with the blessing donation of Y300,000 as soon as possible.
II. Sending your blessing donation using the Metrobank yen account of HSA-UWC Philippines.
Of course, you can still use the other accounts of the church. Ask your respective leaders about the yen account of the church. I am still skimming my files to find it as of this writing.
Using the Metro Bank yen account of Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity when you send you blessing donation because it earns more peso when converted from yen. It should be Yen -- to Yen account, Not yen to peso account. In this way, we get the full value of the yen when exchanged in the market.
