Absolute Sex Movement Ends Individual Salvation Mindedness in Unificationists

Old Testament era was the era when we related to each other through the value of labor, and laws. However in the New Testament era, the eternal, or, humanistic value of the individual brought us together as a community of man. Then, in the Completed Testament era, the basic unit of community was introduced as family (no longer individuals). And now, in the era after "Foundation Day" we are to recognize the harmonious union of the married couples (Absolute Sex), of higher value, than the value of the individual spouses.

We as Unificationists have tried long and hard, yet has not been so successful at creating a harmonious community; even though, we have been super active as Divine Principle teachers, youth leaders, as theologian or authors, as missionaries, social service advocates, anti-communists, as freedom society advocates, prayer warriors, ancestor liberators, church ceremony participators, equality of rights seekers in the church politics, True Family Values and character education teachers, as unity of Christianity and other religions with True Parents activists, as Family, and or Women Federations peace makers, and so on...

Here is Why:

All above roles we have played, were motivated based on seeking "individual salvation"! Even though the goal of most of our activities were "Family Salvation", but our motivation was centered on the "individual"!... Let me explain:

Professor Oh of Sun Moon University [Taek Yong Oh], recently pointed out, "Exposition of Divine Principle even though promotes "Family Salvation", it actually is written for the "Individual Salvation" seeker, namely the Christian believers.

Hence, the confusion in the Unificationists who base their spirituality, mainly on the Book "Exposition of Divine Principle", as compared to the other 7 out of 8 text books which has been coined by the founder (Rev. Sun Myung Moon) as the key to practicing Unificationism!

The Absolute Sex Movement is exposing so clearly, the flaw of seeing ourselves as "individuals" seeking salvation and restoration in a Blessed in marriage relationship!

With the end of "Restoration Era" (completed by True Parents, not us!), the "individual-centered salvation era" is no longer valid for us!

Thus, we are entering the "Family Salvation" era, when, our individual needs and wants, no matter how publicly centered, never takes precedence over our spouse's needs and wants. Hence the arrival of Absolute Sex movement, which at its core, is all about exchanging our will to the will of our spouse, as we exchange the ownership of our sexual organs to the other!
