The stage was adorned as a spring garden in heaven with grass and a small pond with live fish. The center required forty thousand flowers. Various aspects symbolized True Parents' complete unity

Dearest Heavenly Parent, most esteemed True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind: On this, the thirteenth day of the first month of the heavenly calendar, in the first year of Cheon Il Guk, we are here at the Cheongshim Peace World Center, the Cheon II Guk Garden of Eden in the new heaven and earth, where the spiritual world and the physical world are brought together as one, to take part in the glorious Cheon II Guk Enthronement and Coronation Ceremony of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind.

This is the heavenly morning of Foundation Day, in which the love of our Heavenly Parent and the grace of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind are coming down in abundance on this platform, decorated with 100,000 beautiful roses, never before seen anywhere on earth.

Foundation Day marks the final completion, consummation and conclusion of our True Parents' providence of restoration, through which families -- as originally created and citizens of the heavenly kingdom -- can enter Cheon II Guk and celebrate the Cheon II Guk Enthronement and Coronation Ceremony of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, the King and Queen of Ten Thousand Victories and the Lords of Truth, Holiness and Virtue. And it is today that humankind is celebrating this most magnificent festival.

If Adam and Eve, the first human ancestors, had become perfected beings and received the holy marriage blessing from our Heavenly Parent, they would have become the corporeal embodiments of the incorporeal Heavenly Parent, and Cheon II Guk, which our Heavenly Parent had long yearned for, would have been established at that point in the Garden of Eden. However, because of the Fall, all such expectations, hopes and wishes were lost.

True Parents came to earth as the Lord's Second Coming and the Savior, and they have had to walk a lonely and difficult course of blood, sweat and tears, which cannot be expressed in words, to save fallen humanity. They have overcome all the hardships and suffering they have had to undergo, and prevailed.

Thus, on the twenty-seventh day of the fifth month of the heavenly calendar, in the first year of Cheon-gi, there was the Settlement of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind and the Proclamation of the Word by God's Substantial Self, through which they declared the completion of the providence of restoration and the completion, consummation and conclusion of all the responsibilities and missions they came to earth to fulfill. In so doing, our True Parents achieved the ultimate oneness and liberated and completely freed God. Finally, on this, the greatest day of celebration for all humankind, we have welcomed Foundation Day, marking the beginning of Cheon Il Guk, and the Cheon Il Guk Enthronement and Coronation of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind.

Today, a new heaven and a new earth has come into being; this moment has never been seen in history and is never to be seen again. We return boundless gratitude and glory to our Heavenly Parent for permitting us the honor and grace of participating in this sacred occasion of the Holy Wedding Ceremony, and the Cheon II Guk Enthronement and Coronation, of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, the King and Queen of Ten Thousand Victories and the Lords of Truth, Holiness and Virtue. They appeared on earth in order to liberate God and redeem humankind; they have overcome innumerable hardships, triumphed over everything, and finally become the substantial embodiments of God.

Through Foundation Day's Registration Blessing Ceremony, at the completion stage of the completion period, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind have bestowed on us today, You have given all of us the rights of equal standing, of co-participation, of living together, and of inheritance, and allowed us the special grace and blessing to be born as the sons and daughters of direct descent from our Heavenly Parent as originally intended, without any traces of the Fall. For all this, we are truly, truly grateful.

We represent the 144,000 apostles of the first resurrection who have entered Cheon Il Guk, and You have recorded us in the heavenly kingdom's book of life. We thank you with all our hearts for allowing us to serve our Heavenly Parent and the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind as the King and Queen of Cheon Il Guk and to live as heavenly children, heavenly families, as citizens of the heavenly kingdom of Cheon Il Guk, being proud of true love and true life, and the true lineage.

This day marks the beginning of Cheon Il Guk, a world where two people become one, a world of interdependence, mutual prosperity and universally shared values where we can enjoy freedom, peace, unity and happiness, a unified world centered on the Heavenly Parent, in which there are no barriers between religions, nationalities, races or cultures, and no conflict. It will be a world where the physical and spiritual worlds are united, a world of mutual benefit, harmony and unity, a world of the ideal of freedom like the Garden of Eden, where Adam and Eve lived before the Fall -- an ideal world of freedom long-awaited and anticipated wholeheartedly by our Heavenly Parent. On this meaningful day, we resolve, as the citizens of the heavenly kingdom, to serve the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, and while living together forevermore, bring about the full settlement of the realm of peace and prosperity that is settlement of the peaceful and prosperous Cheon Il Guk.

We also resolve and pledge to become one in heart, action, harmony and thought with True Mother, who is one body with True Father, during the coming seven years until 2020, focused on Vision 2020. We will uphold with our lives the traditions and the teachings that our True Parents have brought; we will inherit and pass them down to generations of our descendants. We resolve to bring to completion the ideal of blessed families as commanded by Heaven, testify to True Parents to the world's 7 billion people and guide them to receive the blessing, thus fulfilling our responsibility as new tribal messiahs. We pledge to work as the vanguard in the establishment of the substantial Cheon Il Guk and to help restore God's homeland of Korea, thus joining the ranks of the patriotic, the filial, and the virtuous.

Through all of today's ceremonies, we return gratitude, praise, honor and glory to the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, the king of kings.
