Re: "REFRESH, RESTART, RENEW!" RETREAT MAY 27-30, 2010
Date: April 22, 2010

We are pleased to announce an upcoming gathering for young adult BCs who have experienced a relationship outside of the Blessing, and would like to reevaluate their faith, renew their spiritual life or seek a clear path to the Blessing. This "Refresh, Restart, Renew!" retreat will be held from May 27-30, 2010, 45 minutes from New York City. The program begins at 10:30 AM on Thursday, May 27th, and concludes Sunday, May 30th at 5:00 PM.

The "Renew" retreat will provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can:

Experience the unchanging love of God in a supportive community.

Connect and share with others who have had similar experiences, challenges, and insights.

Reflect on the values of the Principle and the meaning of the Blessing.

Find answers to their most important questions.

Relax and have fun in a peaceful environment.

Discover a personal path of responsibility to realize the Blessing in their lives.

Parents may attend with their children, but only with the understanding and approval of their participating son or daughter. Parents whose children are not yet ready to attend may participate themselves. All parents will be in a separate parents' group, to provide young adult participants the freedom to connect, communicate and support one another.

As always, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others at the retreat. Those wishing to attend should write to us by May 4th to learn the location, schedule and registration details, and receive a registration form. If you want more information or would just like to talk to someone, please contact any of the retreat staff listed below, or call Mrs. Debby Gullery. For those who prefer to discuss in Japanese, Mrs. Hiromi Stephens is available.

We are looking forward to being together and connecting in heart, in a real way. Please share this invitation with anyone you know who may benefit from this retreat.

Sincerely,

Rev. Phillip Schanker
