Re. : Excerpts from True Father's Speeches during the New Year Events for the Seventh Year of Cheon Il Guk, and Instructions

We pray for God and True Parents' blessing and love to be with all continents, nations and providential organizations as we enter the era when Father has declared "Eog Mansei for the Sacred Era of Peace in the Cheon Il Guk Realm of Cosmic Peace."

Following is a summary of the important points and instructions True Father gave throughout the celebrations for the New Year events for the Seventh Year of Cheon Il Guk, which took place in attendance of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind and the members of the True Family.

Pronunciation in English: Cheonju Pyeonghwa Cheon Il Guk Taepyeong Seongdae Eog-mansei

Meaning in English (tentative): Eog Mansei for the Sacred Era of Peace in the Cheon Il Guk Realm of Cosmic Peace

"Cheonju Pyeonghwa" is about creating a place filled with love and affection, where all things of creation created through God's love can each display their beauty as an individual truth body within a collective relationship. That kind of beautiful nation in which the ideal of creation for cosmic peace [in heaven and on earth] is realized is Cheon Il Guk and the spirit of harmony and peace is eternally prevalent in that nation, as it seeks to become one.

The spirit of harmony and peace is Taepyeong. The spirit of harmony and peace desires to see unity. In that sense, the sacred era of peace (Taepyeong Seongdae) is a glorious era in which happiness does not end and is remembered forever. The spirit of peace emerges from the house that serves and attends God who is the spirit of peace throughout heaven and earth.

Among the teachings of the church, one of the most fundamental teachings that constitute the source is about the concept of "one mind." A unified body exists in the presence of a unified mind. God, the absolute being, cannot be free on His own without a partner. There is meaning when Taepyeong Seongdae is formed amidst the relationship and sharing of love with a partner. That house is surely Cheon Il Guk.

We are now living in the era when it is declared, "Eog Mansei for the Sacred Era of Peace in the Cheon Il Guk Realm of Cosmic Peace." Do not forget the fact that God has a palace, a homeland and hometown in which He can reside. With this in mind, you should live in a way so that you may bequeath a more beautiful ideal to your descendants for all generations.

1) Become the owner of harmony and peace

Cheon Il Guk is God's home. In order to build God's home in which peace reigns in heaven and earth, you must become as one with your partner and to do that you must become the owner of harmony and peace. You cannot have enemies. Let us now fix our eyes on and establish a relationship with the palace in which God resides, in order to become the owners of harmony and peace like God, who is the source of harmony and peace, and to bring about forgiveness and reconciliation within our sphere of life.

Families should align themselves with the official Family Pledge of heaven and earth. The "Family Pledge" is creating a world by bringing families together. Thus, liberation and complete freedom must emerge centering on the Family Pledge.

The Family Pledge demands us to understand what kind of relationship it has to our family and to ourselves. If you put the Family Pledge in action, everything will turn out the way you wish.

During the January 4 morning Hoon Dok Hae, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind explained about the task we face at this time saying, "The purpose of the organization of the twelve tribes is, through the Bering Strait Project, to abolish national borders, which intertwine as they traverse this way and that in water and on land, to eliminate all existing barriers, and to lay a peace highway that will build a unified planet earth centering on God."

The functions and administration of each of the twelve regions should continue as before centering on the current regional presidents. The members of the True Family, the representatives and members of the steering committee of each tribe should work on the Bering Strait Project as they continue their current duties and responsibilities.

We have now gone beyond the era of blessing families to enter the era of blessing our clans. You must liberate your entire clan including your relatives by marriage, daughters-in-law, and other kin to create the realm of the lineage of the Mongolian Peoples from the homogenous realm of the Mongolian Peoples. All blessed families should be mobilized as Blessing ambassadors to ensure that every single person in their clan is blessed. Times have changed now and the responsibility to inform others is great.

The Holy Wine Ceremony and Holy Burning Ceremony should be held each year from the seventh year of Cheon Il Guk to the thirteenth year of Cheon Il Guk in line with each stage from the individual to the family, tribe, people, nation, world and cosmos.

Please make preparations for:

(1) International conferences (World Summit on Peace, UPF "Parliamentarians for Peace" and "Women for Peace")

(2) Sending performing arts group from each region for the commemorative entertainment

(3) Preparing gifts from each region and nation

(1) Period: February 1, 2007 – April 10, 2007

(2) Providential background and significance

With the inauguration of the Universal Peace Federation on September 12, 2005, True Parents carried out a world peace tour (True Parents' Inaugural World Tour for the Universal Peace Federation) to 100 nations of the world. Then on April 28, 2006, True Parents began a second world peace tour (120 Nation World Tour for the Universal Peace Federation Rallies for the Restoration of the Homeland) beginning from the United States, the elder son nation. In this tour, the True Mother and Abel and Cain, the children, united on a global level through mother-son cooperation to embrace the world and lead humanity to the path of rebirth, resurrection and eternal life, so that they may be offered to the True Father.

On this foundation, the Holy Wedding Ceremony for the third generation members of the True Family was held. Members from the three generations of the True Family then began a third world peace tour (Rally for the Victorious Liberation of the Homeland for Cosmic Peace Based on the Return of Heaven and Earth to God) starting from Korea on August 31, which lasted until October 13. The victory of this third world tour was offered to Heaven, thus completing and bringing about the complete settlement of the ideal of true love in the three generations of the True Family.

On the foundation of this victory, 120 clergy from the United States representing the religious sphere, the Abel realm, began the fourth world peace tour from October 21, which took them to 120 nations. Then from December 1, centering on the ambassadors for peace, the Cain realm, the fifth world peace tour to the 40 major nations and units (127 nations) of the world began.

All the blessed families worldwide should now inherit the victories from the first to fifth world tour to complete the Blessing in their clan on a smaller scale and to bless the people and entire nation on a larger scale, and as God's reborn children and family through the Cheon Il Guk Blessed Families Special Workshop for a New Beginning, they should bless their clan and bring forward the era of the realm of the lineage of the Mongolian Peoples, thereby preparing to restore the lineage for God and humanity and to abolish national borders.

(3) The overall coordination and overseeing of the events in each nation will be carried out by the Universal Peace Federation and FFWPU International Headquarters.

(4) Number of Major Nations and Unites in each Region

Main nations should hold rallies to declare the peace message in 12,000 locations in each nation. All other regions should hold rallies in 12,000 locations for each unit and should fulfill their goals while having as many nations complete their goals as a single nation.

(5) Guidelines for carrying out the events

The events should be held in the same way as the previous world tours by the members of the True Family

(6) Theme Speech: The same speeches as used for the 5^thworld peace tour.

(7) Administrative matters

Regional presidents should collect the speakers name list from each nation or unit and compile it according to "attachment 2" and report to the International HQ by January 20.

Regional presidents should designate a certain period from now until April 10 to hold rallies hosting speakers from abroad during the rally period and report to the International HQ by January 20.

Regional presidents should select speakers among the speakers from each nation to be sent abroad to take part in the world peace tour and report to the International HQ by February 10.

Speakers going to other nations are responsible for covering for their airfare but each nation, centering on the regional president, is responsible for all expenses during the speakers' stay in their country.

Speakers going to abroad to a nation can be accommodated in peoples homes during their stay and enter into a sisterhood relationship with the local leaders to promote international friendship.

(2) Each nation should appoint and take care of Ambassadors for Peace 30 times the number of incumbent parliament members in their nation

(3) Categorization of Ambassadors for Peace: In addition to the ambassadors for peace, each nation should in accordance to True Parents' instructions on October 23, 2006, appoint ambassadors for peace among the young people, college students, high school students, middle school students, elementary school students and younger children. Please initially focus on appointing youth ambassadors for peace and college student ambassadors for peace, and strengthen the activities of the Sunghwa student association and youth ministry until further instructions come.

(4) Ambassadors for Peace from each tier should carry out activities worldwide for Ambassadors for Peace Associations under Hyun-jin nim's guidance.

(1) Matching: January 30, 2007

(2) Marriage Blessing Ceremony: February 22, 2007

(3) The venue will be announced at a later date.

(4) Special Considerations

Executives of the Universal Peace Federation and IIFWP should schedule a seminar to explain the meaning of the Blessing and basic education on the Blessing to the children of ambassadors for peace and their relatives, and actively encourage them to take part in the special grace of being matched personally by True Parents.

These seminars for explaining the Blessing can be held in each region for all the local ambassadors for peace and their children (as is being done in Korea) or specific meetings can be arranged with individuals to explain and educate them. Through this please make sure to have as many matching candidates as you can take part in this special grace.

Please, as much as possible, make effort to have the children of current or former high-ranking leaders participate.

Instructions regarding the submittal of photos and application forms will be announced at a later date. Please carry on with the seminars and education on the Blessing in advance.
