Dear Family,

Rev. Joshua Cotter is to be congratulated today on his one-year anniversary as the District Director and Senior Pastor of the Northern California District and the Bay Area Family Church.

It was in the spirit of the San Francisco event on the 12 city tour that True Mother invited all American District Directors for a special celebration on Thanksgiving in New York. He is accomplishing this mission while he is also fulfilling responsibilities as National Vice President of FFWPU and Director of the HDFC (Family Fellowship) movement in America.

Dr. Yang and I and all of our leadership congratulate Reverend Cotter and his wife, Claire.
