Blessed Children Are Dying!

I happened to put on TV while working at home last night and all of the teen orientated programs were filled only with one theme, having intercourse; I mean much more so than the last time I saw these programs about 3 months ago. My son just had a great experience on the Pure Love Tour, but I am confused why there were only 150 BC's on the tour; there should have been more than 1,000. I don't hear many last names of parents mentioned from my 1800 blessing or Korean elders names mentioned by my children.

Your 15 year old daughter is just a few years from turning against your direction or your values. The education system believes it is it's responsibility to create "critical thinking" by indoctrinating our children behind our backs with "doubting or questioning" all things their parents have taught or absolutes. Your children must find out "who they are" and "what life is all about," "discover the truth of the Divine Principle" themselves, independent of you. Yet with the onslaught of immorals and intellectual chaos there is great danger.

Many BC's blessed "young" by just following their parents directions have had marital problems. They must choose the blessing and restoration course freely. I have talked with a few early American members and learnt of their heart-pain cause by their children not following TP. Peer group pressure is of the greatest power and by us not living in isolated communes, like the early days of the American movement, all BCs are at risk. My eldest blessed son went to college for 1 semester to secure a scholarship but then took off months to earn $. Then he went alone to Chung Pyung for 40 days and then a 40 day witnessing condition to the Philippines. He returned saying, "now he knows the DP and TP are true. We had to set him free to discover for himself, but tried to guide him into a structured environment facing great adventure for attraction.

My older 20 year old adoptive son, went directly to college (1st Bridgeport) after high school. He has now gone his own way. I saw seeds of anti-DP before college that were ripened harvested in College. How stupid are we parents to send our children to "discover themselves - what their purpose of life is-what life is all about" in immoral colleges filled with girls in underpants down the hallway, drugs, drinking, etc. Why do we question where our culture is headed. How stupid are Unification Parents for sending their children directly to college. I made a mistake with one child. I was the pioneering missionary to the Philippines, have conducted 40 day workshops, minored in Psychology, especially child developmental in college. I have spend endless hours teaching my children DP values and application to life, but my adopted son still went his own way. I will not repeat my mistake.

I just sent my two daughters to the Honduras on the Religious Youth Tour. Only 8 blessed children attended. This means 6 children other than mine for all of America. I have no $, they work all year for their summer activities. My mother, brothers, cousin were angry, feared for my daughters physical safety and did their best to prevent their going. But, because of seriousness of our blessed children dying spiritually I now will take drastic actions to combine adventure with spiritual enlightenment in situations where peer group and experiences independent of me will teach. They returned deeply matured. My son spent 10 days in a hospital in the Philippines, in serious physical condition, but this also I know taught him deep lessons.

I have written this to encourage your pursuing this topic, for what future does the UC movement hold if the 2nd generation does not inherit the vision, spirit and mission? All of us as spirits trying to whisper in our descendants ears.
