In February 2003, we talked with Kayo and she agreed to have her picture put on the BC matching website. At that time, Monique went to Korea and offered a special prayer in Chung-Pyung for Kayo. Kayo was praying, too. Later on, we decided to adopt the "old fashion" way and let the parents on the man’s side ask.

Kayo had once mentioned, "Who will want to be matched with me?"

We reassured her, we had absolute faith in God, that some families can have spiritual experiences, "maybe someone WILL see light coming from your picture."

She told us that she had absolute faith in us.

Three days later the Masuda family e-mailed us. When we read their request for our daughter, we cried.

Before giving a final answer, we prayed for 7 days.

While praying, we received a lot of guidance.

Three points became very clear:

Someone was guiding us for sure.

After our 7-day prayer condition, we felt that Hiromitsu was the one for Kayo, and we felt much love for him.

Because he was on STF, we decided to meet later on, while he was on break. Kayo wanted to join the European Task Force (ETF) to make some foundation for the blessing. She also made a 21-day condition before meeting Hiromitsu, and got a few dreams about him.

We are grateful, very grateful to our Heavenly Father, to our True Parents, to our ancestors. Thank you to the Masuda family.
