Starting Prayer

On Cheon-gi 3rd year, 14th day of the 3rd month of the leap month in heavenly calendar (Solar: May 4, 2012) from 6:50 am, the 'Starting Prayer' the first program of the '2012 Purification Azalea Festival for the Inheritance of Heavenly Fortune' (Purification Azalea Festival) was held at the Tree of Blessing with Dae Mo Nim. Members from around the world that had arrived from the day before gathered at the Tree of Blessing.

The Starting Prayer was held with Rev. Myeong-gwan Lee, General Director of Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center, as the MC and began first with offering a bow to True Parents who were at the time holding a morning Hoon Dok Hae at the Cheon Jeong Gung Museum. Then Rev. Yeong-ho Ha, President of Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center offered the opening prayer which was then followed by Dae Mo Nim's Words.

Dae Mo Nim began her speech, 'I am so grateful to see many members attending from the first day. I remember when I started the Chung Pyung Works that I came here by myself to offer a prayer. That day feels like it was yesterday but now it has been 17 years.' Then she continued on with the following words;

"This time of the beginning of this Purification Azalea Festival is a precious time where you can offer a report about yourself, your family and anything that is concerning you in this providence. At the same time, if you offer all your prayers and wishes that you wanted to be granted during this Special Great Works, you will be able to receive greater grace during the Chanyang Yeoksa sessions. Please know that there will be more love and blessing from God when you pray at the Jeongshim Won and the Tree of Blessing after this sincere prayer. I can see that if you have such mindset and do your best that your wishes will come true then it will be done. Please believe that God is alive and when you believe that He is the omnipotent and omnipresence being, know that all that you invest will come back to you and do your best during this Special Great Works. I am deeply grateful to all the members around the world who believe and love the Chung Pyung Works."

All the members prayed really hard after the words during the Sincere Prayer. At the end, Rev. Buk Moon from the Japanese Office offered 3 cheers of Eog-manse.

I am here with my wife and we are happy to be here in this deep and rich spirit of love and blessing from True Parents and Dae Mo Nim. We are happy to come as a couple. We can have a lot of deep experience and growing together, we can share many things, deepen our relationship, so it's very good to come as a couple.

The Purification Azalea Festival will be held until the 6th and various programs such as the 'True Parents' Words', 'Prayer-Wish Purification Ceremony for Restoration', 'Wish Papers Prayer as well as the Inauguration Ceremony for inheriting the holy candle for the victory of foundation day', 'additional ancestor liberation ceremony and blessing ceremony until 210th generation', 'Holy Item Lottery Event', 'Children's Day Event', 'Cheon Jeong Gung Museum Pilgrimage' and etc. will be held.
