Unification Sports Festival

One of the Main Programs for this 2010 Autumn Chung Pyung Special Great Works is the Unification Sports Festival which was held on the last day of the Special Great Works starting from 10:00am. It was held in front of the Tree of Love plaza with Dae Mo Nim and all members from around the world gathered and had a great and extraordinary time.

Before the actual festival members were divided into two teams, the Shim Jeong (heart) team (blue team) and Tongil (Unification) team (White team).

All ages were able to attend this sports festival and it was great for the family to see their parents fight for victory.

One of the programs was cheering session. Each team has a cheering team and following their instruction each team members worked together and performed a cheering routine.

This year, as a special guest, Superman and Batman were invited to be the MC for the festival. Children were happy to see their superhero on the stage and lead the exciting program. Although our superhero was sort of out of shape, they jumped around to entertain the crowd and all members including Dae Mo Nim enjoyed the festival.

At the end, there was a Special Removing of Evil Spirits through Dancing which is a time that Heung Jin Nim and Dae Mo Nim had prepared specially for this program to remove evil spirits from our bodies through dancing. Lead by the superhero, parents and children enjoyed and smiled through this dancing and removing of evil spirits.
