The Words of the Cooper Family

What is true for you?

At the start of the week we looked at what it means to be a witness. We said it means getting rid of some of our negative images of someone with a bible aggressively bashing people around the head with the truth. In fact being a witness is simply part of everyone's life, and involves knowing clearly what you believe and then making sure that your lifestyle is consistent with what is in your heart.

Here are the three take aways we had at the end of the message on Sunday:

Point for prayer: God wants to say something to the world through me. What is it?

Verse to Remember: "Be ready at all times to answer anyone who asks you to explain the hope you have in you, but do it with gentleness and respect." 1 Peter 3:15–16

Question to Consider: As I reflect on my personal story, who does God want me to share it with?

I hope these three points will help you to go deeper with this theme for the benefit of your own life and your personal faith.
