During the Hoon Dok Hae, Father told Dr. Peter Kim to make a report. Dr. Kim said "On the 17th, we will have a launching ceremony of a boat called 'Cheon Jeong Ho'. This is a boat that has been made by Father's sweat. Father will bring this providential boat forward to the world that day, and has a big plan to develop the Ocean providence with this boat." Then he started to read Father's keynote address that Father would give at the ceremony. (The video clip of Peace TV did not cover his reading the speech).
