May the blessing and love of God and True Parents be with each continent, nation and providential organization as we usher in the era of the completed settlement of the model providence for the ideal of peace in heaven and on earth.

This is to announce additional instructions regarding the preparations announced through the official memo FFWPUI 2006-22 (Sent out on May 10, 2006). Centering on the continental directors, national leaders should do their utmost in their preparations for the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind's entrance into the original palace and their coronation.

1. The Cheon Il Guk symbols have been finalized as follows:

1) Cheon Il Guk Flag: HSA-UWC Flag
2) National anthem: Blessing of Glory Holy Song
3) National flower: rose (symbolizing man), lily (symbolizing woman)
4) National bird: crane (The crane is one of the birds that flies most high. It is one of Koreafs representative birds and symbolizes purity and longevity.)
5) Cheon Il Guk Holy Wine, Holy Salt and Holy Candle

2. Choosing representatives from 120 nations

1) Continental directors should choose one man and one woman to represent each nation that will be offering a crown during the entrance ceremony and coronation on June 13.

4) Continental directors should collect and compile a name list of representatives from each nation according to the form above and submit this list to Mr. Inho Joo at the International Headquarters at (e-mail: mission@tongil.or.kr).
5) Attire of National Representatives
(1) As a rule, each national representative must wear the traditional clothing from their nation when participating in the entrance and coronation.
(2) For those nations that do not have or find difficulty in preparing such garments please wear: Men: dark-colored suit, white dress shirt, red necktie Women: pale yellow suit

3. Offering Ceremony of Cheon Il Guk Territory

1) All nations should prepare a handful of soil and some water from each of their nations (preferably from a holy ground) Continental directors should work through each national leader on preparations for this ceremony, so that it may be held with the devotion and participation of each nation.

4. Conferment Ceremony of Holy Items (holy salt, holy wine, holy candle)

The local leaders should use existing holy salt, holy wine, holy candle, holy matches and holy lighters even after the conferment ceremony of holy items until they receive the new set of holy items from their continental director and national leader. After they receive the new set of holy items they should dispose of the holy items that they have been using in the following way:

1) Conferment ceremony date: June 13, 2006
2) Participants of the ceremony: continental directors and one local leader from each continent
3) Holy items The Word: Cheon Seong Gyeong
Ceremonial items: holy wine, holy salt, holy candles, holy matches
4) How to dispose of existing holy salt, holy candles, holy wine and holy matches
(1) Holy Salt
All blessed families should return holy salt in their possession to the local church. Each church should offer a prayer and scatter the collected holy salt into the sea or in running water.
(2) Holy Candle
All holy candles (Shimjung candle, Ae-cheon candle, Unification candle, Opening of Heaven candle) should be collected from each church and family and incinerate them. If the candles cannot be melted away, they should be buried in a sunny place on the church property. Birth candles should still be used after the entrance ceremony.
(3) Holy Wine
All blessed families should return all holy wine stored in their homes to the local church. The church leader should offer a prayer and pour the holy wine in sanctified places such as holy ground.
(4) Holy Matches and Holy Lighters
All families should return the holy matches and holy lighters in their possession to the local churches. Please be careful in handling the holy matches and holy lighters, as there are the dangers of fire or explosion. Please remove the fuel from the holy lighters (to prevent explosion) before burning the lighters, the matches and the fuel. Please do the burning in a spacious, open area.

5. Preparations by each continent and nation participating in the events

1) Each continent should sincerely prepare, as an offering, their contribution to the congratulatory performances. (Refer to official memo FFWPUI 2006-22)
2) Invitation for lyrics for holy songs and other literature (poems and essays) (Refer to official memo FFWPUI 2006-22)
3) Contest for song, dance and special performances for peace by each continent (Refer to official memo FFWPUI 2006-22)
4) Korean speech contest for foreigners (Refer to official memo FFWPUI 2006-22)
5) Cheon Il Guk family photo contest (Added event)
(1) Registration
Participants can register online or register at the booth next to the Tree of Love at the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center
(2) All blessed families worldwide are welcome to register their family photos.
(3) Registration period
For online (internet) registration: Saturday, May 13 - Thursday, June 1, 2006 (Korea time)
Registration in Chung Pyung: Tuesday, June 6 - Sunday, June 11, 2006 (Korea time)
(4) To register photos online please go to http://www.tongil.or.kr/cheonilguk/main/board/boardlist.html?type=ENG Please type in the photo title, photo explanation, name of submitter, blessing year, affiliated continent (Korea, Japan, North America, South America, Oceania, North East Continent, Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa), contact number (tel.) and e-mail address. The photo size should be between 1Mbyte - 2Mbyte.
(5) Teams that advance to the finals should submit their photo (A4 size) to FFWPU Korea Headquarters.
(6) Each family can only submit one photo
(7) Evaluatio
100 teams will be chosen for the finals among those who register online
Photos registered in the event homepage will be given a score from 1 to 5. The top 100 photos, those with the highest score, will be chosen. (People visiting the homepage can give a score for each photo. However, each person can give a score for each photo only once.)
100 teams will be chosen for the finals among those who register offline
These teams will be selected through a popularity vote by spectators.
(8) Awards and supplementary prizes
Date: 7 PM, Monday, June 12, 2006
Venue: Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center

True Love Award to one team
True Life Award to two teams
True Family Award to three teams
Encouragement Award to twenty teams
Souvenirs for the remaining finalist teams

Further details of the Holy Wine Ceremony to be held on May 27 will be announced at a later date.

I would like to convey my deepest appreciation to the continental directors and national leaders who are preparing for the 120 Nation World Tour for the Universal Peace Federation Rally for the Restoration of the Homeland. Please, however, do your utmost for the success of True Parents' entrance into the Original Palace and Coronation as it will be a highly significant providential and historic event.
