Re. : Announcement of Changes in Reporting for Preparations of the Upcoming Gyocha (Cross-cultural) Blessing Ceremony

May the blessing and love of God and True Parents be with each continent as we usher in the providential era of completing the internal and external ideal of Cheon Il Guk.

We have now a little more than three weeks until the upcoming cross-cultural blessing ceremony. Continental directors should prepare the photos of the matching candidates according to the guidelines in the official memo FFWPUI 2005-49 and be sure to send in reports on the progress of your preparations.

Although it is unknown whether any matching will be done by photo, all candidates must prepare photos and send them to Korea.

The total number of reported matching candidates should equal the number of candidates who are coming to Korea + the number of candidates sending photos (the number of photos)

The number wishing to be matched by photos should not include the numbers who are coming to be matched in Korea personally.

Continental directors should take particular care to submit a report on the progress of finding candidates twice times a week-on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

2. Visa Issues

Continental directors and national leaders should do their utmost in preparing visas for the matching candidates coming to Korea. With three weeks to go, time is running short when taking into account the time it takes for a passport and visa to be issued. For requests for invitation letters, please refer to "4. Preparations for entering Korea" in the official memo FFWPUI-49.
