Opening Ceremony

On 5.27 by the heavenly calendar, 1st year of Cheon Il Guk (July 5, 2013) at the 3rd floor of Chinhwa Education Building the opening ceremony for the Chung Pyung 40-day Special Workshop for International Teenagers and University Students was held. All 99 attending blessed children from around the world were greeted by Rev. Yeong-ho Ha, President of Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center.

After the opening address by Rev. Dong-bae Kim, Lecturer from Department of Progress, Rev. Rainer Fuchs, Europe District, vice-president, who is also the Divine Principle lecturer for the middle school/high school students offered the opening prayer. Then Rev. Ha came to the stage and gave a speech of encouragement to all the attending members. He first talked about the meaning of a 40 day period that it is a providential number for liberation. He asked all the members to focus on their problems and areas of improvement and to do their best. That Chung Pyung is the best place where you can experience great change in life of faith and come closer to heavenly parents and True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind.

The students started their 40-day workshop from July 4 (Thursday) until August 12 (Monday).
