A psalm
1 Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things; his right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.
2 The LORD has made his salvation known and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
3 He has remembered his love and his faithfulness to Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth, burst into jubilant song with music;
5 make music to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing,
6 with trumpets and the blast of the ram's horn -- shout for joy before the LORD, the King.
7 Let the sea resound, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.
8 Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy;
9 let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.
While the Providential Course is left undone, there will be a newly illuminated morning, and so long as God exists, we can and should glorify Him and the eternal resurrection, along with creation.
Consequently, mankind, throughout his entire history has been consistently longing for the day when everyone can enjoy eternal resurrection and live intoxicated with mutual love.
As you already know, the original man as created, had no concern with degeneration and was to join in the ideal of creation with God; but his degeneration [Fall] interrupted the way to glorify God, who stood for the original value of the creation of mankind.
Then what is meant by degeneration?
It means that we are left to seek the way for a new illuminated morning, new ideas, and a new Principle for mankind.
Then what can and should God and man do for this sleeping world, where nobody is aware of seeking the new illuminated morning? Both God and man are responsible for waking this sleeping world up, so there is no question that I myself, one part of this sleeping world, am to have ears to hear, eyes to see, and sense to perceive the new gospel.
Even though there may a way to hear, see, and realize new things by means of philosophy and history, if they fail to stand for oneself, the universe, original history, the present and the future, and the voice of eternal God and His image, they have nothing to do with the new age coming to us.
In these days there are many people who say that now is the time for everything to come to an end in the Last Days. Particularly, Christians say that today is the Day of Judgment. Then what are we to seek at such a time?
As a matter of fact, we must wake up from the deep sleep, and there must be a stimulus for us. Then what kind of stimulus do we need? It should be something from Providence which I can hear, see, and realize, and everyone should put it into practice through living it.
It is the solemn lesson of the fallen history of mankind for the false precedes the truth.
Then how can it be possible for us to discriminate between truth and false in such a chaotic and dark age? As a matter of fact, there is no other way to distinguish the truth from the false than through what you hear and see.
What we have learned and believed have been far from the truth that we have been seeking.
What's the standard to discriminate truth and false then? Nothing other than the center of our hearts can be the absolute standard, so neither social knowledge nor external conditions can help you in your final judgment; because we have not yet touched any positive and experiential stimulus which will wake us up from deep sleep and lead us to new hope.
Even though there have been many persons who have done their best to bring the earth into contact with heaven, they could not find the center of the heart and the everlasting standard for the ideal, thus there remains a wall of darkness for man to cross at the end of history.
We should learn from many religionists to face heaven with the ideal and in true faith. You should not pray with your heart stimulated by miserable crucifixion of Jesus, but rouse your own heart first and pray through your awakened heart, then the trinity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit will come to you with your correct position of heart.
We should know that prominent teachings, knowledge, and ideals are far beyond external leaders.
Unless we rouse the core of our heart and perceive the inner heavenly dispensation with our spiritual eyes and ears open, it will be next to impossible for us to pass out of the long, gloomy history of Fallen mankind.
Such an awakening of the center of the heart is also the purpose of prayer and 'Zen' (in Buddhism), but unfortunately, there are few who strive to seek his intrinsic heart, even though there are many who throw away all that they have for one principle or idea.
During our long history, there have been many sages, wise, loyal subjects, and heroic women who have been faithful, but even with their loyalty, they have been unable to awaken the center of their hearts to receive new light. At the end of 6,000 years of history, your faith should be greater than that of your forefathers.
I believe that the Korean people are responsible for the universal awakening of the sleeping world, and if there rise up more faithful, heavenly, loyal subjects and heroic women in this country than any other country, I'm positive that Korea will be placed nearest to Heaven, no matter how wicked and chaotic this country may have been.
Do you have anything to let the world see, hear and feel? If you do, you should do your best to lead people throughout the world to God's love, through your loyalty, sincerity and heart.
You're bearing the burden of universal restoration ought to elucidate that you stand for true history, true reality, true future, and true goodness for Providence's sake, with public resentment against Satan.
