Dear Family and Friends,
As most know, we have a nice Camp, Tejas Trails, that we've built at our family ranch near Blanco TX. (Web site www.camptejastrails.org I hope you'll be able to make use of our place as a vacation spot, workshop, wedding, music venue, dance hall and general purpose event facility etc. For this purpose, I've put together a Price list and a Policy statement (see attached). Also, if you know any person, family or group that might be interested in checking into our place, please pass this email on to them. We will be holding a Parent's Day Picnic on the 24th of July from 11AM to end of day. We are expecting about 50 people, and it should be nice and you're all welcome to join us. Fees: Prices are per day. Your daily fee includes: bathrooms with showers, fishing, swimming, boating (we have two row boats (requires life jackets), some boogie boards and tubes, rafts etc., use of designated barbeque pits, great hill country hiking (over one mile along Crabapple Creek), map of the camp and permission to keep any driftwood, fossils or Indian artifacts found on the surface (no digging allowed).WIFI in the cabins and Hall area (no downloads or live streaming music or video please as our service via satellite has a small download allowance). Three outside wash stations (for spot wash of dirty clothes and feet). Plenty of peace, harmony and beauty.
Tent Camping 10$ per day per site, limit 8 persons per site. (15$ with electricity).
Cabin Rental: 30$ per day. Use of kitchen, add 10$ @ cabin. Limit 8 persons per cabin. Cabins are equipped with bunk beds and mattresses, air conditioners, lights, ceiling fan, outside water hose, heaters (in winter) and "usually" wifi (no music or video downloads please) and a dish washing area between cabins 3 and 4. Barbeque pits are being built. Dorm Room Rental: 25$ per day. Use of kitchen, add 10$ per room. Limit 8 persons per room. Each room has 8 mattresses (but no beds), air co, lights and electrical outlets. Some barbeque pits are available on each side of the dorm.
Main Hall with Full Kitchen, Office etc: (100$ @ day, plus a 200$ damage deposit). Includes use of Office, Commercial Kitchen, Pharmacy, Storage room, Staff Bathroom, Main Hall, Audio-Visual equipment (LCD projector, Screen, Mics, Amps, Speakers), 130 chairs, Stage etc.
