This Memo must be faxed by the Regional Headquarters to all the State Centers. Please inform all Tribal Messiahs concerning the content of this memo.

MEMORANDUM

Through the victorious settlement of the three-generational realm of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanity, the new beginning for Cheon Il Guk Blessed Families has begun. God's hope is for you to bring fruit through God's grace in the age of the settlement of the providence for the ideal model of cosmic peace. Through their love, the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humanity gave now open the door of grace for the Comfort Blessing (The Comfort Blessing is a Special Blessing of two blessed individuals whose spouses have gone to the spirit world.) We therefore request that all church leaders allow applicants to apply immediately. The deadline is December 9, 2006 at 5 pm EST.

Application Process and Qualifications:

A. Qualifications

1. Families in which the 3-day Ceremony has been completed and one of the spouses has passed away
2. Families that can pledge to not have children after receiving the Comfort Blessing
3. Families in which three years have passed since one of the spouses passed away

B. Documents to Submit

1. Comfort Blessing Application Form 2. Pictures

2 Family pictures (12cmx17cm)

1 Upper-body picture of the applicant (20cmx25cm)
1 Full-body picture of the applicant (20cmx25cm)
1 Card-sized photograph of the applicant

3. 1 Health certificate copy (including an AIDS test)

C. Deadline for Application : by December 9, 2006, 5 PM EST.

D. Documents should be submitted to the Blessed Family Department
