RE: 21-day Blessed Wives Registration Workshop and 8-day Blessed Husbands Registration Workshop
DATE: July 5, 2006

All 1st generation blessed husbands and wives in North America who have not fulfilled the registration workshop and blessing

Through the grace of True Parents and their love for American members, a special one-time only blessed wives 21-day registration workshop to be held at Unification Theological Seminary in Barrytown, New York on July 21- Aug. 10, husbands Aug. 3-10. (These are new dates, revised at Dae Mo Nim’s request.) This workshop is a fundamental cornerstone of the key conditions to secure and substantiate your blessed central family as a family registered and directly linked to heaven as an original family and direct relative of True Parents.

True Parents are very serious about removing any and all boundaries between God and humanity. They seek to remove any barriers and boundaries between us and the True Family so that we are able to become one core family of God’s kingdom, having authority from heaven to embrace the world so that all humanity is blessed by God.

This registration workshop and blessing is a core and central condition for all Unification blessed central families. Our Continental Director sincerely requests that whatever arrangements need to be made to participate, please, please do not miss this opportunity. It is our understanding that this will not be offered again, and it is offered only because many blessed families since 2000, for whatever reason, simply could not travel to Korea, for whatever reason. In recognition of this fact, the 21-day workshop in the US is now being prepared. Therefore, any blessed wife who has not participated in this key providential condition, please make every possible effort to complete this workshop at this time.* (Many have already participated in the Registration Blessing on the condition that they would soon fulfill the 21days.)

In case it is not possible for both husband and wife to attend, we have been told that priority should be given to wives completing the 21-day workshop. Previously husbands had to complete the 8-day workshop in order for the couple to participate in the registration blessing, but due to space limitations at UTS that condition is being waived at this time. However, husbands who cannot attend the workshop at UTS should be committed in their hearts to complete this condition as soon as possible in the future.

Husbands who cannot come for 8 days but whose wives are completing the workshop should come for Aug. 10, which will conclude with Dae Mo Nim and Heung-jin nim conducting the registration blessing holy wine ceremony. If possible, at least one child from each couple should be present. If it’s not possible, the registration holy wine can be given to the children the next time Dae Mo Nim comes to the US.

* If a wife has ascended, or has a serious medical condition, then another family member may participate in the workshop on her behalf – e.g., a daughter, sister, etc. Questions about special situations should be e-mailed.

Some sisters have said they cannot get time off work for 21 days. Dae Mo Nim wants to know how many sisters would participate if they could only come for a portion of the workshop. Please indicate this situation on your registration form.

Chung Pyung’s policy is that children may not attend this workshop. Also UTS does not have enough space. Let us as a community of blessed families assist one another; please network within each region to facilitate childcare.

If a couple would not be participating in the registration blessing together due to divorce or separation then neither spouse would attend this 21-day or 8-day workshop.

Second generation blessed couples do not need to attend the registration workshop and blessing. However, if their parents will not be doing the registration blessing, please contact.

(Hoonmonim is making the long trip from Korea only to be here for this one day, in order to give the registration blessing. On Aug. 10 an ancestor liberation and blessing may be conducted.)

Fee**:

21-days -- $1,330
8-days -- $600
Husbands and children attending Aug. 10 only -- $40 each

Any brothers and sisters that need financial assistance, please report to your regional HQ. Finances should not be a reason for missing this workshop. It is too critical for your life course. We know that without making proper conditions, receiving full benefit always is hindered. Therefore, all fees will have to be paid.

** The fee amounts are determined by Chung Pyung under True Parents’ guidance, including a $700 gratitude donation for each wife, and have been adjusted slightly for the situation at UTS.

How to pay the fee:

1. If you have a PayPal account, make a donation to "ping@uts.edu". This will be deposited to the UTS bank account (For more information contact pinginusa@msn.com or cell: 845.705.2581)
