RE: The Tragedy in the Gulf Region General Directions from September through December

The tragedy that has hit Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana calls for all of us to come together and sacrifice. Let us give everything we can to volunteer to help and support all those devastated by this tragedy. We will visit the region this weekend and give direction as to how we can best support the relief efforts. At this time we ask that you donate to HSA UWC Blessed Family Disaster Fund and prepare volunteers. At the same time we must focus on strengthening, educating the families of America as to the Dispensation unfolding in time of the Last Days of the old world. We must be strong and bold and give all to save America and its beloved people. We must carry on in every way the tasks that God has given us. Pray for America and the fulfillment of its role as the Elder Son Nation. Certainly when such a price is paid a greater blessing can be claimed by God to secure the Peace Kingdom.

Middle East Peace Initiative: Journey to the Holy Land. Our next Journey to the Holy Land will be from September 24 (September 23 depart from America) – October 1, 2005. All participants should arrive in Amman, Jordan on the morning or early afternoon of Saturday, September 24th.

AIR TRAVEL: Recommended Air Jordanian from JFK in NY. All airline reservations and payment for tickets are to be made individually by the participants.

COST: The cost per person is $610 per person. The price includes all visas required for Jordan, hotel, meals and accommodations. We will be staying at the Regency Hotel in Amman Jordan, and then the Grand Court Hotel in Jerusalem. (See the attached IIFWP USA Invitation, Policy Guidelines and Registration Form.

WHO: 70 % Christian Clergy with Interfaith skills. 30% Ambassadors for Peace. (We will be focusing on the development of friendships through dialogue with Jewish Rabbis to secure their support for the non violent resolution of conflict.

GOALS FOR EACH REGION FOR THE MIDDLE EAST PEACE INITIATIVE

Special Directions For The Final Quarter Of 2005 (September thru December).

Our executive committee of FFWPU has approved the implementation and fulfillment of our goals that were established for North America by the consensus of the leadership of the North American affiliated organizations chaired by Mr. Jim Flynn. These goals are based on the direction and guidance of our True Parents.

1. 15,000 Ambassadors for Peace by December 31.

True Parents have asked that 40,000 Ambassadors for Peace eventually be appointed in America. As we work toward the fulfillment of this goal, we have determined to reach a total of 15,000 Ambassadors for Peace by the end of the year. IIFWP USA HQ will provide guidelines on expanding our AP foundation to reach this goal.

2. Double Family Federation Membership.

Through the Neighborhood (Hoon D ok) Family Church, each Blessed Family should inspire one new family to receive the Blessing and become a paid member of the Family Federation. FFWPU will provide guidelines on membership development.

3. Increase ACLC paid memberships to 2000.

ACLC Clergy are organizing a major membership drive for North America. The National Executive Committee and the Co-Chairmen and Co-Conveners of each region will plan for the fulfillment of this goal. ACLC will provide membership development instructions and registration materials.

GOALS FOR EACH REGION FOR ACLC PAID MEMBERSHIP TO BE COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 31, 2005

NOTE: Some regions goals are adjusted higher because of their strong clergy foundations. Goal Total 2,000
