RE: Candidates for True Parents' Matching and Blessing, August 1, 2005

In January of this year, Father announced a four-year providence during which he would match and Bless a group of Second Generation youth to establish an "original standard" for the Blessing. Following the Second Generation Blessings on December 26, 2204 (Cheon Il Guk Year 4) and February 14, 2005 (Cheon Il Guk Year 5), we have been expecting that Father would once again match and Bless this category on August 1st at the WCSF in Korea. But this has not yet been decided.

To assist in planning the process of matching and Blessing this "original standard" group, Reverend Kwak has asked each nation and continent to report the number of candidates currently seeking to be matched by True Father. A simple registration/report form has been distributed, but we urgently need a region-by-region report about the number of candidates for True Parents' match in your region. PLEASE RESEARCH AND REPORT THE NUMBER OF CANDIDATES FOR PARENTS' MATCHING FROM YOUR REGION BY TUESDAY, JULY 5TH. Report the number by Email to blessing@familyfed.orgblessing@familyfed.org, with the subject: "Candidates for TP's Matching- Region # .

Remember, the qualifications for candidates for Father's matching are:

1) Age- born between July 31, 1982 and August 1, 1988 [17-23 years old at the August 1, 2005 Blessing date]

2) Purity- Father defined it this way: "If you've kissed or dated, you should not be here."

3) Obedience- Absolute faith to accept Father's match WITHOUT QUESTION

4) International- Ready to accept any race or nationality

5) Innocence- No previous matching or Blessing

6) Health- no special physical or psychological problems

7) Fast- Complete a 7-day fast specifically for participation in Second Generation Blessing

The WCSF Blessing will be joined by the following categories of couples:

I. Newly matched First Generation

II. Previously married First Generation

III. Second Generation Couples matched by their parents

IV. Members of the Second Generation who fell, but have reported, repented, and have been matched by their parents (with FFWPU support) with someone in the same category.

The North American Continental goal for participation in the WCSF Blessing August 1 is 100 previously married couples (1st Generation) and 100 newly matched couples (1st or 2nd Generation).

Most sincerely,
Rev. Phillip Schanker
