RE: Happy True Children’s Day - Blessing of 8 Million Couples - Prayer Condition - December 6th Banquet in Washington - Three conferences in Washington D.C December 5- 7th.

Dear Blessed Central Families,

We are living in the time of the Peace Kingdom. Our unity with True Parents is bringing great advancements in the providence. True Parents were very pleased with the fulfillment of the 2 million couples blessing and the Four City Speaking Tour.

Happy True Children’s Day !!!

Blessing of 8 Million Couples: The providence is moving on solid ground with the victory of the 8 million couple blessing that we are working to achieve. Father said the key to the victory of November 2nd was the Blessing of 2 million. Father's speaking tour was primarily to support that. Each Block should continue to report on Monday by 11 am and Friday by 11 am to Margaret@familyfed.org. Please concentrate to make the portion of the 8 million goal set for your region.

National Prayer Condition: To set the condition for the upcoming conferences, banquet with and the tour of Dae Mo Nim we request that strong conditions be made for success. Nationally we request that all participate in a National Prayer Condition for 21 days. The start will be on November 15 and end on December 5th. Please pray for the following:

1. True Parents and True Family and the success of all providential work at this time.

2. That God will bless and guide America to fulfill the position of the Elder Son Nation at this time, and for the unity of all leaders, blessed families and members.

3. The unity of all ACLC clergy and Ambassadors for Peace with Heaven’s providence at this time.

4. The fulfillment of the 8 million couple blessing before December 31.

5. The fulfillment of all goals for upcoming events and the success of the banquet and the IIFWP, ACLC and AFC conferences in Washington, DC.

6. The success of Dae Mo Nim’s tour.

7. Personal fulfillment of goals.

Note: Length of time for prayer is up to the Regional Director.

Four Major Events in Washington: There are four major events coming up, each region will have responsibility for three of the four.

DECEMBER 6th BANQUET IN WASHINGTON D.C. for 3300 Ambassadors for Peace and religious and civic leaders. The Washington Times Foundation is the primary sponsor of the banquet, which will be held at the Washington Hilton Hotel.

Banquet Theme: "Building Our Common Legacy: Faith, Family, Freedom and Peace".

ACLC National Convention – December 5-7, Washington D.C.

AFC – American Leadership Conference – December 5-7, Washington DC.

IIFWP International Conference: - December 4 -7, Washington D.C. (Due to our heavy involvement the American participation in the IIFWP International conference will be limited to a small number of guests. NO REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITY REQUIRED. The ACLC and ALC conferences, plus the IIFWP 3rd World Summit, will be held concurrently in Washington, DC. All participants of these three conferences will attend the special banquet on December 6th at the Washington Hilton Hotel.

The ACLC National Conference will be held from Sunday Dec. 5th - Tuesday Dec. 7th 350 slots are available for sponsorship for top religious leaders from around the nation. More details, the updated schedule, and invitational materials will be available soon.)

The American Leadership Conference will also be held from Sunday evening, Dec. 5 to Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 7. There are also 350 slots available for sponsorship in this program. Participants should be drawn from Ambassadors for Peace, and top civic, political, academic and community leaders.

The IIFWP International Conference will be held from Saturday evening, Dec. 4 to Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 7. The number of slots for this conference will be small and will be handled by National HQ and will not be a concern for the regional outreach efforts.

Invitational Materials: AFC will provide the invitational materials for the ALC Conference. ACLC will provide the materials for the ACLC conference. The Banquet committee office will provide a letter of invitation and materials for the banquet. IIFWP International will provide materials for its conference. These will be available soon.

Securing Banquet Guests: To make the banquet program on December 6 an unqualified success, the American movement has been asked to make significant contributions to mobilizing guests for the banquet. Of the 3,300 expected participants, 300 will come from the IIFWP Summit. The remaining 3,000 will be invited by ACLC, AFC, WFWP, IIFWP USA and other affiliated organizations. The mobilization effort will be coordinated by Dr. Yang, Rev. Jenkins, and Rev. Flynn through the FFWPU Regional Directors, VRD's and AFC regional or state coordinators.

Confirming Participants for the Conferences and Banquet

Each region and state should establish a committee of leaders to supervise the outreach and confirmation processes. The FFWPU regional director will serve as chairman of this organizing committee. The FFWPU vice regional directors together with the AFC leaders will serve as co-directors of the outreach effort.

Information packets for the AFC conference (American Leadership Conference) and other details will be sent out through the AFC network. AFC HQ in Washington DC (202-636-2850) will serve as the coordinating office for this conference. The primary responsibility for confirming guests to the ALC will be taken by the AFC leader in each state.

The ACLC convention will be coordinated by the ACLC HQ in Washington, DC. Additional information, invitational materials, etc. will be provided soon. The detailed mobilization plan for the December 6th banquet is currently being finalized. Networking existing foundations will be the main method of outreach. The exact process of invitation and confirmation will be described in a subsequent memo. Each region will have responsibility to fill a number of tables according to their goals. (i.e. a goal of 100 participants means responsibility for 10 tables at the banquet.)

FINAL APPROVAL: (IMPORTANT !) - AFC and ACLC HQ’s RESERVES THE AUTHORITY FOR FINAL APPROVAL AND MAY REFUSE SPONSORSHIP IF THE REGISTRANT DOES NOT MEET THE CONFERENCE QUALIFICATIONS.

Spouses participation: With this great educational opportunity we want to reach as many people as possible. In some cases spouses may want to attend and may be qualified. However if the spouse of a registered participant wants to attend they must pay their own transportation costs.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: The FINAL deadline will be at 12 noon (EST) on Wednesday, November 24th. NOTE: AFTER THIS DEADLINE UNFILLED SLOTS WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. GOALS:
