Originally from Niigata, he has now served and brought the vision of our True Parents to many countries throughout the world. Graduating from Kanazawa University and then receiving a Doctorate Degree from UTS, he was the eighth president of Unification Church Japan, and then went on to serve True Parents in Jardin, Brazil.
Dr. Otsuka also served as the Eurasia UPF Leader and the UPF leader for China. Now, he is the continental leader for Africa. Just about every continent can testify to his love, sweat and tears with our True Parents and worldwide family.

Dr. Otsuka's couple was matched in 1978 and Blessed as a part of the 6000 couples. They have 3 wonderful children. His eldest son, Hirotaka Nim, was blessed to True Father's grand-daughter, Shin Sook Nim in 2006. She is the child of Sung Jin Nim and Dong Sook Nim. They now have one precious grandchild.
Dr. Otsuka will speak in English. Translation will be into Japanese. Please bring radios for translation.
