Dear Blessed Families,
I would like to inform you about the upcoming Blessing for newly matched couples in Korea on February 17th 2013. The Blessing will take place in Chung Pyung, Korea. The Blessing is open to all matched couples of both the first and Second Generation. There will also be a matching by True Parents for Second Generation Blessing candidates (Details will follow). This memo is regarding Second Generation Blessing participants only.
All Second Generation Blessing participants must register that they wish to participate in this Blessing with the Second Generation Blessing Department by the 15th of January 2013. All Blessing participants must complete the full Blessing Application and in the case of Parents matching, they also should hand in the Matching report form.

Blessing fee (1400 USD / 1100 EUR for Europe, 600 USD / 500 EUR for East Europe and Re-blessing candidates, if they paid their original Blessing fee). This fee includes the Blessing donation, the participation fee in Korea, Meals and Accommodation in Korea during the Blessing Program. The Blessing fee should only be paid to the European 2nd Generation Blessing Department and be paid before attending the Blessing. You can pay the money in cash in Korea or wire it to the following account at least 1 week before the Blessing.

Please make sure both sides complete their Blessing application in their region (Europe) in time and that both Blessing Departments (in case matched to a candidate in another region) have been informed about the match (Matching report form).
Blessing participants are expected to arrive in Korea on the 15th of February 2013 and should plan to leave Korea on the 19th of February 2013. We will have a program for them during the 3 days 16th to 18th of February 2013. We recommend you buy tickets through Wonse (wonse@wonse.de) that way you will be informed about any changes and it may be possible to fly together in smaller groups.
Please make sure to complete your Blessing Application in time and register with the European Second Generation Blessing Department. Only candidates who complete the application in time and qualify for True Parents matching will be able to participate in True Parents matching.
Invited to participate in this matching are all Second Generation who meet the Cheon Il Guk Standard and are between 17 (born before the 1st February 1996) and 30 years old.
`Cheon Il Guk Standard:
a. Those who are receiving the matching and blessing for the first time. (A person who has been matched by True Parents or who has been matched by their parents before may NOT participate.)
b. Purity: Those who have had absolutely no girlfriend/boyfriend relationship.
c. Those who have absolute faith to accept True Parents' match without question and who are resolved to not break it.
d. Those who are willing to receive an international Blessing (with a person from any nationality).
e. Those who have no special physical or psychological problems.
Please remember only qualified candidates who have completed the Blessing Application in time and received approval from the European Second Generation Blessing Department will be able to attend.
There will be a Workshop for Applicants of True Parents Matching in Korea between the 12th and the 14st of February 2013 and the matching by True Parents will take place during this time. Only people who are physically present will be able to participate (no picture matching). Therefore applicants for True Parents Matching are expected to arrive in Korea on the 11th of February 2013 and should plan to leave after the Blessing on the 19th of February 2013. We recommend you buy tickets through Wonse (wonse@wonse.de) that way you will be informed about any changes, have the greatest flexibility and it may be possible to fly together in smaller groups.
All Blessing candidates should prepare a Blessing ring and a dark (black or blue) suit, with a white shirt and a red tie (brothers) or a white wedding dress (sisters).
To order a Blessing ring through Switzerland, please send your ring size to me. The deadline for ordering rings is the 20th January 2013.

Concerning Travel:
Please get in touch with Wonse early if you wish them to arrange your travel and wait for further news. There will be the opportunity to put together small groups from various locations in Europe.
In any case, please keep us informed about your flight schedule. Please send Flight Nr, Date, Arrival and Departure Date and time to and from Korea, Departing City. This way we can inform Korean staff who are organizing the pick-ups from and to the airport.
All European 2nd Generation Matching and Blessing Participants will most likely be located at the Cheong-A Camp in Chung Pyung during their stay in Korea (May change due to organizational reasons in Korea). The address is:

For Immigrations it should be enough to write "Chung Pyung training center", but you can also use the full Address.
There will be pick-ups organized at the Airport to the accommodations. When you arrive in Incheon airport and you do not see any of our representatives at the gate, please go right all the way to the end of the arrivals hall, there is the meeting point where our people will be gathered to go to the buses.
Parents and siblings who plan to travel to Korea together with the blessing participants can stay with the group, if they have registered with us (European Second Generation Blessing Department) in advance. As space will be tight, those that did not register will not be able to stay with the group. They will also need to pay for their accommodation, the exact prices will be announced later. If you need help please contact us. Parents may only stay with the candidates during the Blessing time (15th to 19th of February 2013) not during the time of True Parents matching. For all Blessing participants, the cost for your stay will be covered by your Blessing fee, including the time during the matching.
Those who wish to stay in Korea after the Blessing is over (after February 19th 2013) for other events, like the Blessing on foundation day (February 22nd 2013) may do so, but they will be responsible to organize their own accommodation. There will be no organized Program after February 19th 2013.
