May Heavenly Father and True Parents’ holy grace be with you.

True Parents won a tremendous victory in their 50-state speaking tour in the United States. They are now educating the Christian leaders who participated in the speaking tour.

In order to bequeath the blessing of the victory in America to the entire world, True Parents have instructed that each nation hold Hoon Dok Hae rallies (community conferences) in 50 of its cities and towns.

Notably, True Parents have emphasized that following a period of 50 days from the end of the 50-state tour in America, there will be an outpouring of the holy spirit, a cosmic Pentecost. Thus they are directing blessed families all over the world to dedicate themselves to activities during the summer vacation period.

The leadership in each nation is asked to make all necessary preparations for these conferences. They should select fifty appropriate venues, and, with absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience, hold the conferences as detailed below:

Leaders in each country should decide if they can include both speeches in the program; if not, the first speech should be read. The conference program may, in addition, be slightly altered to take into account the circumstances of each nation.

Please use the texts that True Parents used for their speaking tour in the United States, making sure they are edited/modified (only where necessary, and as little as possible) for use in each mission country. The FFWPU International Office plans to send you the texts in English by e-mail. Translations may already exist in languages other than English on web sites or at national headquarters.
