I had the wonderful opportunity to participate at my first Blessing Workshop taking. Until now I wasn't such a lecture fan, but this Blessing Workshop's lectures were very interesting. Of course talking about the Blessing is of everyone's interest, because sooner or later everyone has to face it. The lectures were not too theoretical, so I got a lot of practical guidance and could understand the great value of the Blessing.

What impressed me most was to see parents and their children coming closer to each other: parents and children were sitting together at meal times, they were taking walks together and sharing their hearts, parents were listening to their own children's testimonies (STF Europe) and children were listening to their parents' marriage experiences and received guidance. Through the discussions in groups the Second Generation came to understand more deeply the unconditional love and concern of the First Generation for them and the First Generation could also get to know in a greater way the path of the Second Generation. All this reflected exactly the motto of the Workshop: "Empowering Blessed Families".

Although the Blessing is still quite far away for me, I'm so grateful that I could attend this Workshop, because it gave me a first view of this important matter. I know now where I have to work on myself to prepare best for the future.
