"Remember who you are and believe in your heart" was the theme of our Workshop. In the small village of Schüpfheim, the HARPies gathered with the determination to come closer to God, to our True Parents and to each other. Considering that God is invisible, that our True Parents are so far away (physically) and that we, Swiss HARPies don't even all speak the same language, it was amazing to see that at the end of the WS we were really a big heavenly family. One of the highlights of the WS was surely the challenge-afternoon. It was a very cold day. In one group was even a brother in a wheelchair who absolutely wanted to participate to the challenge-afternoon. So his group pulled and pushed him to the top of a hill on an icy road. People in the village were so impressed to see this group of teenagers taking care of their handicapped friend. The biggest challenge was surely for the staff who was waiting on their post for all the groups to pass by, because it was an extremely cold day. Jamany Noguchi and Thea Künzig from STF were a great source of inspiration. One evening after a deep talk from Thea about prayer we had a 21 minutes prayer condition in the snow around a fire. This was just after the challenge-afternoon. At the end we sang so many songs, the spirit was so high, we felt that God was so happy to see us.

Well, there would be so many things to say, lectures, ski-afternoon, video-evening, talent-evening for God, group discussions about the 3 No´s, etc. Everything was so inspiring. But one more thing I would like to say: For the first time in Switzerland we held a Purity Ring Ceremony. This was on True God's Day, most of the Swiss Family members were there. 4 HARPies pledged to keep purity and received a ring. It was a very moving ceremony, many parents had tears in their eyes. All the WS participants got a nice Swiss HARP Winter Workshop scarf; they will not forget so easily this great time we spent together.
