 The First World Tour

On January 28, 1965, Reverend Moon, accompanied by Mrs. Won-bok Choi and Miss Young-oon Kim, embarked on a forty-nation world tour that included Japan, the Americas, Europe, and Asia. This successful tour, from which he returned to Korea on October 10, generated the momentum to expand the mission to accomplish the will of God to the world level. Not only did Reverend Moon visit members in the mission field, but he also consecrated 120 Holy Grounds worldwide. The final three were established in Korea on January 1, 1966.
